Abstract information

INSTRUCTIONS

All participants are encouraged to submit an abstract for a poster in agreement with the following guidelines:

  • Abstracts and posters must be in English.
  • 250 words maximum 
  • Abstracts must also include title, authors and affiliations

Submission is done via this form.

The deadline for abstract submission is:

  • October 1st, 2024 if you want to be selected for a short talk (NEW DEADLINE)
  • November 25th, 2024 if you just want to present a poster (NEW DEADLINE)
